About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mozomay website and services provided by Mozomay Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Our services
Mozomay provides two core services:
- Mozomay Workflow — a software platform for managing vehicle repair and service operations, including job pipelines, estimates, invoicing, and team management.
- Mozomay OS — the full system, including Workflow plus a done-for-you garage website that captures customer enquiries 24/7.
Accounts and access
Access to Mozomay Workflow requires an active subscription. Access to Mozomay OS requires an approved application and subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently or harmfully.
Subscriptions and billing
- Mozomay Workflow is billed at the rate agreed at the time of your sign-up. Founding members are locked at the rate stated when they joined.
- Mozomay OS is billed monthly at the rate stated, plus a one-off setup fee payable on acceptance of your application.
- Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term unless stated otherwise.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mozomay services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with the availability or performance of our services
Intellectual property
All content, design, software, and branding associated with Mozomay are the property of Mozomay Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our services without our written permission.
Your garage data, customer records, and business information remain yours. We do not claim ownership over data you create using our services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mozomay Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you in respect of any losses arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
