It would be a pointless exercise for us to sit here and tell you how long Mozomay took to build, how much research went into it, how many garages we spoke to, or how many people knew about it years before launch.
None of that makes Mozomay useful.
The product either earns its place in your garage or it does not.
I have worked across reception, parts and workshop control. I have been left to run an entire garage. I have seen the jobs nobody wants, the mistakes that cost hours, the information that gets lost between people and the tiny bits of friction everyone eventually accepts as normal.
Every garage management system will tell you it was built by garages, for garages.
Fair enough.
Mozomay was built while we were still working in one.
We would finish a full day in the workshop, usually around 6pm, then go home and build. Something would go wrong during the day, somebody would waste time on something that should have been simple, or a process would break for a reason that should never have existed.
That problem would become a note.
The note would become an idea.
The idea would become part of Mozomay.
That is still how we build it.
We are not interested in making software look clever.
We are not interested in flashy gimmicks.
We are interested in removing the reasons your staff lose time.
Whether you choose to use Mozomay or not, that decision is subjective.
What we can say objectively is that we will be transparent with you, we will maintain our word, and we do everything we can to make the product worth your continued loyalty.
If something is not good enough, we fix it.
If we tell you we are going to do something, we do it.
That matters more to us than a polished company story ever will.
